Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between einfach-mail.net (the "Provider") and the user regarding the use of the "einfach-mail" service.

2. Service Description

The Provider makes available a web-based groupware application including: email management (IMAP/SMTP), calendar, contacts, task management, and optional Nextcloud integration.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

Not use the service for illegal purposes
Not send spam messages
Keep login credentials confidential
Not distribute malware or harmful content

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. All prices include statutory VAT. In case of payment default, the Provider is entitled to suspend access.

5. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
